And now, it’s time for grants

We’ve quickly approached the time in our planning for grant writing, and I just wanted to post a little shout out to Christi Greer, who has become an invaluable resource to us at 704. She has got tons of experience and advice about the process and we are thrilled that someone of her caliber is so passionate about what we’re doing at 704 for the students of Stanly County and the surrounding region.

God Connections

Phil and I were talking yesterday about how amazed we are at doors that seem to be opening for That Youth Thing and 704. It seems that He has crossed our paths with people who hold a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas where we need it the most.

I could name a bunch of folks, but let me especially say thanks to Christi Greer over at Partners in Health and Kim Scott, a brilliant man who works for the Stanly County School System. These 2 could have me in over 10 schools during a one-week stretch in the spring. I can’t wait!
